This loud and snarky California girl thrives on Red Bull and pan dulce. You can find her belting music and dancing around the apartment between writing sessions. Throughout her life, Rose has searched for herself within the pages she read. Now, she’s decided to write the books she wanted back then.

What she does…

As a lesbian Latina, her culture and experiences have fueled her work, turning her into the author she is today. In addition to depicting BIPOC characters, Rose strives to represent diversity in her work, especially for the chronically ill, disabled, and those experiencing challenging circumstances like poverty and abuse. She believes representation goes beyond finding others in similar communities and plays an important role in humanizing people of all identities and ethnicities. After all, we all inherently deserve love without limits and must share it where we can.
